What to Expect

Every appointment begins with a short consultation to discuss your needs and ensure the treatment is tailored to you.​

Treatments take place in the comfort of your own home, holiday cottage, lodge, caravan or other suitable holiday accommodation. I bring a professional massage table, couch cover and all equipment required for your treatment.

If you are staying in holiday accommodation and do not have suitable towels available, please let me know when booking and I can provide them.

Whether you're a local resident looking to make relaxation part of your regular self-care routine, or a visitor wanting to unwind and recharge during your holiday, treatments are designed to leave you feeling calmer, lighter and refreshed.

A Little Tip

If possible, try to leave some time free after your appointment rather than rushing straight back into work, housework or travelling. Giving yourself time to relax helps you get the maximum benefit from your massage.
