Myofascial Dry Cupping (Clinical Cupping)

A targeted approach to release tension, improve movement, and support recovery.

Myofascial Dry Cupping, also known as Clinical Cupping, is a modern therapeutic technique that combines traditional cupping principles with a clinical understanding of myofascial anatomy. This treatment is designed to work directly with the body’s connective tissues (fascia) to reduce pain, release restrictions, and restore function.
It can be offered as a standalone treatment or integrated into your sports, remedial, or holistic massage session—tailored entirely to your needs.

What is Myofascial Dry Cupping?

The fascia is a web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, and organs. When fascia becomes tight, dehydrated, or restricted—due to injury, poor posture, overuse, or stress—it can lead to pain, tension, and reduced mobility.
Myofascial Dry Cupping uses negative pressure (suction) to gently lift the skin and fascia, separating layers of tissue, improving circulation, and encouraging the release of adhesions or “knots.” Unlike traditional cupping focused on energy flow, clinical cupping is rooted in modern anatomy and used to target specific musculoskeletal issues.

Benefits of Clinical Cupping

-
Relieves deep muscle and fascial tension
-
Improves blood flow and lymphatic drainage
-
Promotes healing in soft tissue injuries
-
Supports postural correction
-
Reduces pain and inflammation
-
Enhances mobility and flexibility
-
Encourages detoxification of stagnant tissue
Please Note: You may notice temporary circular marks or lines after treatment—this is a normal, painless response as blood is drawn to the surface, indicating improved circulation in the underlying tissues. While these marks usually fade within a week, it can take up to two weeks for deeper or more pronounced marks to fully disappear.

Clinical cupping is suitable for a wide range of conditions, including:
-
Chronic pain and muscular tightness
