Mobile Massage Appointments

Professional mobile massage appointments are available for local residents, holidaymakers and visitors staying in holiday cottages, caravans and other holiday accommodation in Aberaeron, Llanon and surrounding areas.

Bringing massage therapy to your door couldn't be easier. Here's what to expect from booking to treatment.

1. Book Your Appointment​

 

Please let me know:​

• Your preferred day

• Morning or afternoon 

• 60 or 90 minutes (£60/£85)

• Provide your address, postcode and parking information

• Include any useful directions or gate codes

​

2. Before Your Appointment

​

To ensure I can set up comfortably, please provide:​

• A quiet room

• A clear space of approximately 1.5m x 3m for the massage table and room to move around it

• If you're staying in a caravan or other holiday accommodation, please ensure there is sufficient space for the massage table to be set up safely

• Two large towels. If you're staying in holiday accommodation and this isn't practical, please let me know when booking.

3. I Come To You

​

I arrive with:

• Portable massage table

• Clean couch cover

• Any supplies required for your treatment​

 

Appointments are available in:

• Private homes

• Holiday cottages

• Caravans (subject to size)

• Lodges

• Airbnb accommodation

• Other holiday accommodation

4. Consultation And Treatment

​

Please let me know when booking if you have any medical conditions, recent injuries, are pregnant, or are taking any medication. This allows me to ensure the treatment is appropriate and safe for your individual circumstances.

Every appointment begins with a short consultation to discuss your needs and tailor the treatment to your body on the day.

 

Depending on your requirements, treatment may include:

• Sports & Remedial Massage

• Deep Tissue Massage

• Pregnancy Massage

• Relaxation & Stress Reduction Massage

• Myofascial Dry Cupping

• Stretching and mobility work where appropriate

 

Whether you're seeking pain relief, improved mobility, help managing muscular tension or simply an opportunity to relax, your treatment will be tailored to your individual needs.

5. Aftercare

After your treatment, I may suggest stretches, hydration advice or simple self-care recommendations to help you get the most from your appointment.
