I’m a highly qualified Holistic, Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist, accredited by both the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT) and the Massage Training Institute (MTI). After more than 14 years working as a massage therapist in Birmingham, I recently relocated to Ceredigion and now provide professional mobile massage across Aberaeron, Aberystwyth and the surrounding areas.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — of all ages and abilities — including babies, adults with additional needs, and individuals managing pain, injury or stress. My approach combines deep anatomical understanding with holistic awareness, allowing me to tailor each session to your individual needs.
