The first trimester can be an exciting yet emotional time. Hormonal changes may leave you feeling tired, emotional, or even nauseous.

A gentle, relaxing massage during this stage is completely safe and can offer valuable support by helping to:

Please note: deep tissue massage is not available during the first trimester

Whether you're dealing with pregnancy-related muscle tension or simply need time to unwind, pregnancy massage is a gentle and effective way to support your wellbeing.

 

As a qualified pregnancy massage therapist I begin with a full consultation to discuss your stage of pregnancy, health history and any specific concerns (this is not taken from your massage time).

The massage session is tailored to your needs and carried out with you lying comfortably on your side, supported by pillows. Only the area being massaged will be uncovered.

​

Important: If you are under a consultant or have had any complications during your pregnancy, please get in touch before booking to ensure massage is safe for you.
